This application acts as a mobile browser to facilitate easy access for users to official government land record websites. All data displayed within the app is fetched in real-time directly from the official government portals. We do not store, modify, or own any of the land record data you see.

We do not require users to create an account or provide any personal information to use the core features of our app. The information you enter into the app is used solely for the purpose of fetching the requested land records.
The search criteria you enter (such as District, Taluka, Village, Gat No., Survey No., etc.) are transmitted directly to the official government websites listed above to retrieve the land records you request. We do not store this search information.
If you choose to save a land record document (PDF/HTML) using the app's download feature, the file is stored locally on your device's storage in the "Downloads" folder. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. You have full control to manage or delete these files from your device.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products like Google Play Console) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is collected solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs and improving app performance.
